Social Creator Identification
In this guide you’ll learn how to help clients grow their businesses, how to find your next Commerce client, why Circle members earn more on e-commerce sites, and how to choose a Commerce plan and template.
In a world where social creators come in all sizes, categories and expertises, it might be difficult to determine what type of creators you would want to collaborate with.
Get an overview of social creators within your 'creators' tab and identify and create the perfect bunch of matching creators for your campaign. This tab presents all social creators who applied for your campaign and therefore you have access to and insights in the data-passports (profiles) of the corresponding creators. You can filter applied creators by status, gender, categories, platform, tiers and countries of origin. Results can then be sorted by multiple metrics e.g. reach and engagement on social channels.
Creator profiles offer a detailed overview of the creator’s follower breakdown and their connected social media account(s).

Based on your KPI’s and goals, recommended creators will be proposed by your account manager based on a number of metrics and variables and experience. This saves you time since screening all creators profiles is time consuming.
There are various statuses for social creators. During the application period of your campaign creators can be moved from applied to a recommended status, this way you can see who your account manager thinks are a good fit for you. If you decide to collaborate with a creator, you or your account manager can move the creators over to a selected status. At this stage, your respected account manager confirms all collaborations with creators on your behalf and once the creators have agreed to terms and conditions, the creators get moved into the accepted status by your dedicated account manager.
We advise to always select a couple more social creators than required, in case some might not be able to participate after applying - please discuss with your account manager.
You will be able to search through the applied creators for your campaign in three different ways.
Overview: tile-view of creators
Detailed: table-view of creators
Insights: demographic data of creators in a specific state
The ‘overview’ tab displays the social creators that have applied for your campaign. The creator profiles populate as soon as you navigate and click on the tiles; this action will provide more details on the creators demographic data and previous brand work, as mentioned and illustrated above.
The ‘detailed’ view provides an in-depth overview of the verified social accounts of the respective social creators. When social accounts of the creators have not been connected to the platform, a ‘-’ sign is shown.
The campaign status of the creator is also shown in this same view and can be changed here.
The ‘insights’ view provides you with a detailed overview of the grouped demographic data of the collective social creators in a specific state. This information can be filtered based on a number of metrics, e.g. country (of origin) or total reach.
