#LiveUncorked PRIZE DRAW

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion. Excludes residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. 
  2. A registered public Instagram account and internet access is required to enter this competition.
  3. The promotion shall commence at 09:00 UK time on 2 April 2018 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 22 April 2018 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid.
  4. To enter the prize draw, all entrants must:
    1. post a photo in Instagram of themselves enjoying Camp Viejo using the hashtag #liveuncorked. The photo must include a bottle of Campo Viejo with the label showing in the frame;
    2. follow, or be following @CampoViejoUK on Instagram;
    3. tag the @CampoViejoUK account on Instagram; 
    4. use #LiveUncorked in their caption; 
    5. ensure the entry does not contravene the Pernod Ricard Code for Commercial Communications; and
    6. ensure that the photos comply with the applicable laws of their country and the policies of Instagram 

In addition the entries must not:

•    Contain content, image(s) or material that violates or infringes any third party rights of any kind, including without limitation, any third party privacy, publicity, trade secret and/or intellectual property rights, including third party registered and/or common law copyrights and trademarks;

•    contain or refer to any products other than those of Pernod Ricard and it must not contain or reference any third party trademarks or logos (other than those of Pernod Ricard) unless such inclusion is merely incidental and is not unduly prominent and as long as it is included with due cause and in such a way that it does not take unfair advantage of any third party trademarks;

•    contain content, images, artwork or other creative elements not created by and original to entrant;

•    contain content, images or other material that is misleading, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;

•    contain content, images or other material that reflects, advocates or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or actions or activities that are restricted, prohibited, illegal or unlawful (including without limitation, the consumption of alcohol or any other controlled substances);

•    contain content, images or other material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to any applicable federal or state laws or regulations; 

•    have been previously submitted in a promotion of any kind, or published, posted, exhibited or displayed publicly for commercial use by any means and in any form or media.

•    include any link to inappropriate drinking.

•    include images of anyone who is or appears to be under the age of 25;

Entries not meeting the criteria above will not be valid. For the avoidance of doubt, photos sent as re-tweets and photos that are re-grammed or shared privately on Instagram will not be valid.

  1. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period and only the first entry will be valid. Additional entries will not be valid. 
  1. Any entries received from private accounts on Instagram will not be entered due to privacy restrictions. To enter from a private account, you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the promotion in order for you to be contacted in the event that your entry is a winning entry.
  2. There are ten prizes to be won in total. Each prize is 1(one) bottle of Campo Viejo Reserva Art Series V.
  3. The first ten valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries in the presence of an independent adjudicator shall win the prize. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Proof of age may be required to claim the prize. The prize will only be delivered to a UK mainland address. 
  4. The winner will be notified via Instgram direct message within 10 days of the relevant draw. The winner has 10 days to claim the prize. If the prize goes unclaimed or the winner is unable to redeem the prize, the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms.
  5. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available and no compensation is provided in the event that a winner is unable to redeem the prize. In the unlikely event of the prize or any part of it not being available the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative or equal or similar value.
  6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated (including, but not limited to, those generated by computer, application, or any type of software) will be valid. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules will be valid.
  7. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the validity of entries. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for such verification and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification. 
  10. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and relevant third parties for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
  12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
  13. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by Instagram nor is Instagram associated with this Promotion.
  14. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
  15. The winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Campo Viejo #LiveUncorked Prize Draw, Pernod Ricard UK, Building 12, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5AN within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
  16. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
