Shipments

In a lot of campaigns, social creators need to create content using your product. To keep a clear overview of all information concerning product shipment, we've set up the 'shipments' tab in your dashboard. Addresses of the respective creators can be found here. In addition, delivery information such as product details and a tracking link can be added by the you in order to have your account manager keep track of the shipment-status of the respective product(s).

In addition, this view provides an answer to the questions formulated towards the influencers during the campaign briefing and recruitment phase (for more information, please view section 4). Most of the questions that are typically asked in the campaign briefing process are about product sizes, preferred colors and/or other questions that may come to mind pre-campaign.
