From the experience as an influencer marketing agency ourselves, we decided to build a user-friendly influencer cost negotiation tool into our platform, where offers and counter offers would be intuitive and done all within the dashboard used to find the perfect creators for your campaign. This system enables efficient influencer campaign budgeting, allowing for quick negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Using this feature is simple: After a creator applies to your campaign with their base rate, you are given the option to send a counter offer. This will show the history of any previous offers shown if this back and forth takes more than one counteroffer. On average, we see that <INSERT % of times a rate is negotiated upon, vs when the original rate is selected> of successful contracts are made with a rate negotiation versus those where the original rate is selected, making it a key way to make the most of your marketing budget.

We also require brands to state their reasons for the counter offer. Influencers deserve transparency when a rate below their asking is offered, which we make as simple to enact as possible. There is also an option to set a ‘bid ceiling’ to automatically accept any offers below a certain number to reduce the amount of manual work needed, and optimizing your influencer marketing budget.

Creators will then get a notification that the counter offer has been made and invite them to review it on the dashboard where they will be able to both view the new offer, and counter it themselves. This cycle may continue until a rate is agreed upon, or either party decides to no longer continue. At the end of the process, we have seen that on average, brands have been able to save <INSERT such as average savings from negotiation> by using negotiations.
